Secondly, most of our transportation is long-distance, there will be some shaking during transportation, and there will be friction with the outer packaging of other products, so there will be a little wear on the skin, which is also very common.

Of course, in the process of our production and packaging, we will tell the workers to handle it with care and strengthen the firmness of the packaging. These are all we pay great attention to, so so far, we have encountered few such problems.

Most of the customers are still very understandable, and a little problem can basically be solved perfectly by themselves. However, there are very few customers who are very serious. Please be more understanding and patient. We will continue to improve and do better.
